  • Walking ! Me and my daughter go for a walk every day and we love it


  • I love to swim!


  • Biking Riding with my girls because it’s fun to ride through muddy puddles, getting dirty like all kids should and enjoying some Daddy/Daughter time.


  • WALKING! I love going out with my dog, and my husband. I have the energy of an excited pup, and the mental stimulation of conversation with hubby!


  • The type of “unconscious” exercise where I am enjoying myself or achieving something without thinking that I am in fact exercising. For example, playing with the kids gives me pleasure while burning calories. Also, making a deliberate effort to complete mundane housework at a reasonable pace keeps me in shape.


  • lifting the weight of chocolate bars to my mouth… :)


  • My favourite kind of exercise is paddling my kayak. I love being on the river or the lake, by myself, enjoying everything nature has to offer. It never feels like I’m exercising which is an added bonus.


  • I love group fitness classes like circuit or boot camp, it means I can’t slacken off and I have someone pushing me to keep going and not give up. The feeling after a workout is so good!


  • I love bike riding along the local trail with hubby and the kids. Great times, fresh air, lots of laughs and healthy exercise.. usually with a picnic or refreshment stop along the way.


  • Boxing with Hubby on the weekend,
    And with Creche – it’s a God send!
    We bond and get out stress,
    It’s simply the best.


  • I do a lot of walking out in the scrub, love being outdoors, lots of fresh air, taking in the beautiful flowers and wildlife.


  • Volleyball! It’s not a sport I do often, but I enjoy every minute of it when I get the chance to play!


  • I love go swimming at the beach and getting refreshed by the salt water. You feel really and being in the ocean.


  • I love brisk walking-it gives me cardio benefits, endorphin release to boost my mood and it’s free! I can do it whenever and anywhere I want. it also let’s me let’s me wind down and be mindful


  • Aerobics as I love to sweat it out as it is invigorating


  • Walking daily up to 30 minutes is my favourite exercise because its relaxing, convenient and helps me maintain a minimum level of fitness nontheless.


  • Anything fun, such as dance classes or group aerobics


  • I into slow exercise, wandering streets and parks, yoga, and walking the dog, it must be my favourite because that is all I ever do.


  • Walking in a National Park, plenty of exercise, and beautiful, restful surroundings.


  • Weightlifting using body weight as it is a weight bearing exercise that can be done anywhere without the need of any or much equipment.
