  • Combining daily morning Tai Chi with gentle walks, mixing with invigorating lap swims and spreading it out with Zumba classes. I can reflect on the things that mean so much to me, feeling that adrenaline rush running all over my charged up body, and enjoying the burst of freedom 100%!

  • I take the dog for a walk and I have just joined a gym. I also walk from the line and back again to hang washing out so I make several trips. I also use housework as a workout.

  • I am an older person and Walking is my form of exercise. I am told this is really great for you.


  • I love playing touch football with my friends, but I love going for long runs the most, its always hard to start but I always feel awesome once I’m on my way with my favorite music!


  • Running! And now to figure out how to run with a double pram because I wouldn’t want to leave my 6-week-old and 2-year-old behind!


  • I run to keep fit, I don’t love running but it’s convenient and does the job!! I would love to try the 2xu range, might make it easier to get out of bed in the morning ????


  • My favourite way to keep fit is going to the gym. I work up a sweat on the elliptical stepper and have my own stretches to do afterwards. I like doing my own thing and doing it quickly because I just find I don’t give myself the time at home.


  • My favourite way to keep fit is walking the dog. I’m a busy mum of two small children and typically don’t get time to exercise. Walking the dog provides me with exercise and peace and quiet so I can relax and unwind after a hard day looking after the kids. My InSport exercise pants recently split so I would be extremely grateful to win this pack. Thanks
