  • I love my yoga morning routine and I love to go for regular walks in the evening.
    I’ve been doing Yoga for the last 13 years and it’s been great for my overall health and even the skin. yoga has helped me with my current pregnancy as well . Evening walks during pregnancy give me fresh air and a chance to be in the nature .. I walk barefeet on the lush green grass.

  • Exercising in my dreams is my favourite way to exercise because it frees up my day time to do other things. I know I’ve had a great workout when I’ve woken up in a sweat.
