Springtime strawberry picking the sweetest fun on a beautiful sunny day!

I love Sunday fun day family picnics because it’s a good out in the sun with good food and my favourite people.

Besides a seasonal enthusiasm for cleaning,
(probably not the Spring activity you are meaning),
we do have favourite family leanings…
planting flowers in the garden,
having picnics at the park,
going to the farmers’ market…
riding our bikes,
going for hikes,
these are some of the Spring things we like!

We love to take the kids walking along the Yarra River, kicking through the left over Autumn leaves!

Walking in the Park looking at all of the beautiful flowers blooming, and the lovely colour ranges.

Walk around the bike track with the trike, stop in the park for a picnic and feed the ducks the leftovers on the way home! Best way to spend spring with my little princess

Planting spring flowers into the ground as the flowers give us an instant burst of much welcome colour after a dreary winter.

Getting out into the fresh air and discovering new things together such as what unusual animals we can find at the Zoos, walking in the Bush and seeing animals in the Wild.

Spending time outdoors riding our bikes, walking the rail trail and having picnics at the park are our fave ways to spend spring!

Just pottering around in the garden. Digging up worms, watching the butterflies, trying to take a photos of a busy bee hovering in the blossoms. Rolling around on the grass enjoying just being a family!

Picnic with the kids….its FREE and give us family time together under the gorgeous springtime sunshine.

WE loving having our friends and the kid’s friends over and playing basketball or cricket and having a BBQ.

We like to go to the tulip festival at bowral or the roterdendrum festuval at the mountains.

We play a game called, keeping’s off hay fever. We go outside to enjoy the sunshine, flowers, warmth and the last person left standing outside without hay fever wins!

Explore new parks,places near us which are nature based so we can feel the beauty of earth.

We love to pack a picnic and visit many of the lovely reserves. Take photos and create wonderful memories. The kids make beautiful scrapbooks and look back at them every christmas.
