15 lucky winners will receive access to MY CHEMICAL FREE ROMANCE’S latest online program. This is an easy and entertaining way to create a safer home for your family. Together we can reduce the everyday toxins that affect both fertility and harm little ones.

“30 Ways in 30 Days” is a daily email from Sharon suggesting just one little thing to try that day – that’s it!

That’s because she believes that health comes down to the little things…it’s about the choices we make everyday. Small positive changes can quickly become habits that can combine to make BIG changes.

There’s no technical descriptions or complicated explanations just something to try that day.

The aim of this challenge is to try a new idea everyday.  And for the ones you like, keep using them for the entire 30 days, and hopefully your entire life where possible.

If you can make these changes by the end of the month together, you will have made a decent dent in reducing the nasty chemicals in your home and your life.

Discover…

  • The Top 10 chemicals to avoid to both increase fertility and create a safer home for your children,

  • pest control products. we use humane options if possible

  • I\’ve removed EasyOff Bam,
    I reckon it\’s a chemical scam!
Vinegar and bicarb instead of it,
Makes removing bath scum a hit!

  • We use vinegar as a fabric softner to avoid any skin allergies

  • Pesticide around the garden so grandchildren are safe when playing in the garden.

  • I don’t use bleach as I always got headaches when I used it. I try to use natural products as much as I can.

  • I no longer use oven cleaner luckily my oven is self cleaning. I also stopped using fragrance household sprays due to the nasties they contain. Hoping to learn more

  • I didn’t realise how many chemicals I had within reach of my child until I actually looked when he started to crawl. Detergents, disinfectants, coffee machine cleaner, poisonous sink cleaner, soaps, methylated spirits… As soon as I realised these were in reach I moved them straight away!!

  • Fragrance sprays I know its not the worst “chemical” wise but it’s really not good for you’re health or our environment

  • Bleach nasty stuff

  • I have removed all cleaning products including bleach, windex, spray and wipe, toilet, oven and floor cleaners and use bicarbonate soda, vinegar and water to clean now! I have 3 children under 5 to protect!

  • we use vinegar to clean kitchen benches etc. Salt for more abrasive cleans. Bi Carb soda and essential oils for odour reduction. We have removed many harsh chemicals form the home and hope to move more

  • I stopped using oven cleaner and bleach when I learnt about all the toxins that can stay in the air for hours or even days!

  • Iremoved Bleach products awhile back due to the nasty effect they have on our bodies! – I use white vinegar and other safer products.

  • I have removed spray bottle oven cleaner from my shopping list as I found it wouldn’t clean oven completely. Have reverted to vinegar, bicarb soda & elbow grease to clean oven.

  • After finding out about endocrine disrupting chemicals in liquid hand soap, I made it my mission to never have them in my home again! We use only ECO brand liquid soap now. I worry about our other household items though as you need a chemistry degree to figure them out.

  • Bleach! Have replaced with vinegar, nothing worse than gagging in your own home due to gross chemical smell and fumes.

  • I am starting from personal care products as it amazes me the chemicals these have so use natural deodorant and shampoo and conditioner

  • Oven cleaner and bleach. Bleach was my go to cleaner for everything. It’s now eucalyptus oil and hot water. Keen to get other ideas.

  • would like to remove oil stains from the oven
