    problems still extending back form last year
    problems with Telstra so left to ClubTelco
    Then finding after being lied to are a subsidary of Telstra NONE under stand English my homeline crashes phoning daily trying to find out when my line was coming back up have health problems fibromyalgia asthmatic after crashing last time used line Fri night even phone at corner wasn’t working yes had to report to Telstra then people down my streets phones weren’t working as well was told up tues phone mon was told them wed phoned C7 Today Tonight still down on Fri when they came around was told that 4000 businesses broadband was down due to water damage while i wss told that 200 residential homes affected due to roadworks line was cut so we were getting to various stories from Telstra i went on telly because Telstra never went public about it. Couple of hours later had a landline was going in out but was up properly Sat morning. Have never ever received a credit. On Monday phone AAPT swooped over to them was told yes i would get monthly statements sent out to me was told get rates sent out to me residential are taken over by Westnest and would be phoned when switched over. Nothing happening i was constantly sent emails paying my account i said to sent out my account so i could pay it at Aust Post Office which was part of my agreement when signed up. Cut a long story short They wouldn’t send out any invoices until put in a complaint to TIO still were not itemised summary of accounts then they charged me for sending them out but refused to pay as the credit controller said on pay whatwas owing on invoices this was 4-5 months later anway i was totally stressed out affecting my fibro asthmad spent the day trying to find out how to pay my bill because i was to that could pay all these diff ways finding out couldn’t being sick ended up getting a money order one month later was sent text message on my phone my homeline was being cut i was told that for ages that couldn’t use my line so ended up getting a mobile phone April May as i was using that for everything very high mobile bill. So i phone Oct Sat 6 to find out what was going on…….they hadn’t processed my money order that i sent begin of sept the guy from iiNetAAPT who own Westnet James Barry reckon couldn’t phone me althiugh we were sending each other emails and thought everything was fine…closed the file and went on holidays went to solicitors…the creditors phoned me threatening me i would be black listed for 7 years if didn’t pay $295 which i didn’t owe including D&B fees paying last of that on Wed 23.1 also ended up on top getting a discontented fee have to pay…another story …..during this time my mobile phone from Crazy Johns hasn’t been working since day one keeps crashing black screen keyboard keeps stopping data email keeps stopping cannot turn off phine …. have put my phone into being fixed supposedly ended up being worse each time ….was sick of constantly getting my bill late sometimes on the due date always paying fortnightly as onn a disability support pension…..they said to check my account said i could but my phone isn’t working properly so needed to knoe how much i owe and said was getting in touch with TIO ….still the next bill only had 5 days to pay my account. I received a text message saying i owed $69.60CR phoned they said i owed it off the bill said i couldn’t be as should be $50.40 in credit had the payment in front of me anyway couldn’t get the correct credited. My next bill was 24.12 i was charged a late payment my $50.40 wasn’t taken off my bill was way over $500+ as they never credit money that i had paid which was $150 so my last payment i checked my account to see the total was $311.06 which was incorrect paid $250 as had to break into another account could pay that bill because of my mobile bill paid $250 as that’s all that i had then lucky for me won some miney playing Keno so paid the remainer of my bill $61.06 at PO went home phoned Crazy Johns as it takes 3 business days for it to go through and due date was earlier so they could put it on the screen that the remainer was paid ….. I contacted TIO of what’s going on especially i was promised last year could get new mobile but later to find out they wouldn’t do it and that my phone was suppose to be suffering from water damage when found out each time on phone kept saying my phone doesn’t work and never had my phone near water. Still people are complaining can’t hear properly even those at CJ’s at the moment being accussed that my fault my mobiles like it is when they should claim some sort of responsibility giving me a faulty mobile phone ….as still crashing keyboatd still locking out if on net goes in out stops page tilts side to side cannot hear people properly when they phone and volumes high even after removing battery SIM card as been told by CJ’s to do when if problems but have problems all day ling….so still pending from Westnet $100 disconnection fee which i blamed TIO as well as i contacted them constantly what was happening in october when i contacted saying i was disconnected no landline gave my details and my mobile phone one month later Nov received email to say they’d received it then couple weeks later received another email stating was trying to phone me by couldn’t although gave my mobile phone which he neverdid anyway sent him an email this year telling him what i thought and why he never contacted James Barry to find out why he closed my file and wouldn’t have gotten like this if TIO had done something each time i had contacted them instead of sending it to Westnet when they were the cause of the problems he sent an email can only deal with one thing at a time cause of fms. I sent him an email telling me of my specialist appointments doctors appointments next week he phone friday leaving me a message also texted me twice in too much pain with fibro and feeling really sick also peeved that all those other times needed contact i had 3 in one day……..I NEED ALL THE LUCK IN THE WORLD to top if off my family doesn’t believe me and my problems they think i’m faking never had a 50th birthday party paying off all my bills didn’t get a pressie from not one of my 6 sisters 3 brothers 13 nieces nephews plus their partners have been very upset since no bday cards ever given also forgot all about my electricity bill in Nov got a late payment bill of over $200+ losing my discount because of being overly stressed out.
