Welcome to day 2 of our 12 Days of Christmas promotion! Today’s prize is brought to you by our friends at Crown & Andrews!

15 lucky winners will receive two family board games valued at $67, which includes a copy of Googly Eyes and Rummikub!

Rummikub is the world’s #1 selling tile game and one of the most-played family games in the world, available in over 50 countries & in 26 languages. With brilliant simplicity, the Rummikub Original provides hours of amusement and every game is different. Players try to place runs or groups of their tiles down in the play area. The first player to use all their tiles accumulating the highest score is the winner. This is a classic game suitable for the whole family! (2+ players, aged 8 and up.)

Googly Eyes has the perfect formula for family fun! A twist on the classic game where a team member draws an object and the others guess what it is – this time the person drawing has to wear the vision-altering ‘Googly Eyes’ glasses! Get your teammates to guess the right answer by drawing clues before time runs out. The first team through to the finish wins! The large wacky glasses have three sets of vision altering lenses that go from easy to hard.  Both games are now available at all major retailers.

  • Charades was our family favourite! It always generated lots & lots & lots & lots of laughter!!!!!!!

  • The Game Of Life…
Hilarious fun with siblings and cousins
As we drive through the game with our pretend spouse
Or no spouse, and the car full of kids!
If only we knew it wouldn’t be so much fun in real life!

  • trouble, playing with my cousin there was always trouble

  • Operation, my sister and I really took it seriously and dressed in doctors coats, wore our parents glasses and had toys lined around us as the nurses.

  • Monopoly for sure as we played it as a family so often and with 3 sisters we had so much fun and laughter

  • Monopoly! Afternoons spent wheeling and dealing with siblings. Doing deals that had NOTHING to do with the rules in order to save one or the other from Bankrupcy. The sheer elation of sailing past Mayfair with a hotel …. Nothing has ever matched this …Good memories .

  • Operation…..pretty sure thats why I didnt become a surgeon :)

  • Trivial pursuit – the achievement I felt I got a question right – made me feel proud and smart – maybe I should start playing again LOL!!

  • H R Pufnstuf was my favourite game
I loved to win by completing Cling Clang
It brought our family together many nights
And reduced our sibling rivalry fights!

  • Monopoly – thrashing my brother and sister , with stealth and skill , collecting that $200 as I passed GO made me feel like a million bucks.
    I think I’d still win.

  • The game of life, was my favourite game as a young child. I remember sitting in the floor with my sister and cousins and enyoing hours of fun with this classic game.

  • Operation. It just made us laugh every time the buzzer went off and convinced all of us not to become surgeons. It was hours of fun and I hate to say I went against my childhood signs and became a surgeon. Luckily my surgical skills have improved since I played the game.

  • Monopoly I had a game one Christmas holidays that went for two weeks we played so much players came and went fortunes won and lost concessions made just to keep going it was good clean fun

  • Monopoly because I never wanted game time to end and it was the game that never ended!

  • There were no i pads back in my day but loads of board games on the back of Santa’s sleigh. The thrill of opening up a board, who would win, who had the most scored. Scrabble, Rubik’s cube, Boggle, Monopoly and Guess who, all those fond memories I hold true.

  • A good time was always had around the table with family having fun and laughing with various games i grew up with

  • Monopoly as we use to play it once a week as a family activity when i was a kid – no good old computer games

  • Snakes and Ladders, possibly the best game ever, even for teeny tiny tots… the eldest sibling doesn’t always win.

  • Forcing my parents to play Cluedo with us, now my Mum has her revenge as she’s overseas and laughs when we call on Christmas Day as I whinge about my children’s demands that I play!

  • The Game of Life, I loved playing that as a kid because I couldn’t wait to grow up, be independent, have my own money and do what I want to do!
