10 lucky winners will win access to Sam Wood’s 28 day program, starting in August, valued at $55 each!

After training hundreds of clients, especially busy Mums, Sam realised that the people that needed the most help had the least amount of time (or thought they did!)

His answer? Just find 28 minutes in your day for 28 days.

Calling on his expert friends in nutrition and mindfulness, Sam has expanded his high intensity workouts (made famous at his Woodshed training facility) to incorporate a full health and wellbeing program.

“My 28 program will fit around your life, not the other way around! Get your workouts done and dusted in 28 minutes, with nothing more than what you have lying around, and get on with your day (or night). Plus, access the workouts, meals, shopping list and mindfulness tools on your mobile, tablet or desktop.

To stay motivated through the program, it’s too easy; get access to my private Facebook group to see messages from me, and all the other amazing 28ers, every day. We start a new 28 program on the first Monday of every month, and you’ll score a 10% discount for doing them back to back!”

Please note this competition is open from 28th June 2016 until 25th July 2016 and is only available to members of Mouths Of Mums. This competition is a game of skill – answer in 50 words or less. • Having a hectic life at the moment all my energy goes to putting the kids to sleep it’s hard to have time for exercise.

  • Too tired, too busy, too hot, too stressed, too cold, too achey, the children need me, I’ve got laundry to do, I’ll get onto it tomorrow, I have to go shopping, I need to cook tea, I don’t have the right shoes. In other words, what stops me? ME!

  • An excuse like work, a call or dinner,
When I do it I feel like a winner.
Need to ensure it\’s priority now,
So a feel and look wow!

  • I could prattle on with excuses but there have been too many of those! It all comes down to motivation and laziness. If Sam could help me conquer these I would be well on the way to seeing the results I desperately want.

  • I do walk everyday but I need something else to make a change

  • Making the plan, if it takes too long & if I have to travel = too hard.
As a mum, I LOVE it, 28mins for 28days! It’ll be over before I know it, planning is done, I can do it at home, no excuses. I am ready for the challenge!!!

  • The running around I do for work, family, extra-curricular activities, and looking after my home doesn’t really count as exercise, but its what stops me from taking the time to exercise properly.

  • I work 4 days per week and have 3 children under 11 and I am super busy with work and all of the activities! I find it hard to exercise in winter due to the weather and it being dark when I can exercise! Some useful tips would be fantastic

  • 3 kids, and a baby – I’m in a haze
So few hours in disappearing days!
If 28 minutes can changed my life
To be a better mum and wife
Then off my butt and into gear
Please help me Sam to conquer my fear!

  • I have three children 7,4 and 5months and work part time with 10hour shifts. I struggle to find the time to keep on top of everything at home. When the baby sleeps, I clean/cook and entertain master 4. I don’t have any “me time” let alone find 1.5 hours in my day to get to the gym.

  • Tried everything to lose weight & get fit just seems too hard and no reward.

  • Lack of motivation after a 12 hour day at work

  • lack of motivation and seeing no results when i do exercise

  • lack of motivation and too many distractions

  • The cold weather has taken its toll on my fitness and my waistline. A fantastic opportunity like this would be the kickstart I need.

  • As a single mummy with a wonderous full on little Miss i find it difficult to find time to exercise as i work the afternoon shift which means i need to do all my daily tasks before i drop her off to nanas.Would love a time friendly exercise routine.

  • Having to do everything for my family, getting the kids ready for school, thinking ahead for meals, cleaning the house……and the list goes on and on! Leaves me with virtually no energy.

  • This would be great for getting me back on track with my nutrition and tick off some big goals :)

  • Two words – Andie & Lucy. My daughters of course. Being 3 and 18 months old, they are quite demanding.

  • Lack of time
