This Easter holiday season (12 April – 27 April), Hyatt Regency Sydney is making family getaways extra special with the launch of their Kids Concierge—a dedicated service designed to create unforgettable experiences for their junior guests.

Whether it’s helping plan the perfect day out in Sydney or adding a touch of magic to their stay, they ensure every moment is filled with excitement and ease.

A Warm Welcome for The Youngest Guests
From the moment your little ones arrive, they’ll be treated to a special Easter Showbag, complete with a colouring map of Darling Harbour, setting the stage for an adventure-filled stay. In their room, they’ll find cosy kid-sized robes and slippers, making them feel right at home.

Sweet Treats & Fun Surprises
To make every stay extra delightful, young guests can enjoy unlimited freshly popped popcorn and choc tops in the lobby—perfect for family movie nights or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Tailored Sydney Experiences
Take the stress out of planning and let their Kids Concierge recommend the best family-friendly activities in Sydney. Whether it’s exploring the SEA LIFE Aquarium, running wild at Tumbalong Park, or discovering maritime wonders at the Australian National Maritime Museum, their team can also assist with Merlin VIP bookings and more, making your family adventure seamless.

Kid-Friendly Dining
They know little foodies deserve special treatment! Kids under 5 years eat breakfast for free, while children aged 6-12 enjoy half-price breakfast—making mornings easy and delicious.

Visit the Concierge Desk to learn more and let them help craft a stay that your family will cherish forever. Because at Hyatt Regency Sydney, little moments make the biggest memories!

Explore their latest offers, including an exclusive Nutella High Tea experience at Sailmaker Restaurant available only this April!

  • It’s good to see a forward thinking hotel making a special program just for kids. You get a lot of special things when you go overseas and it’s great they they are making things special at the Hyatt. I love the idea of the free choc tops – maybe they could sneak one for mum!

  • This actually reminds me that I should make better use of the concierge as an adult – they are usually really helpful if you need recommendations or help planning things, and yet I so often don’t think to use them till it’s too late. Maybe this sort of thing will help retrain me!

  • Choc tops sound so yummy and good to me! I do like it when hotels and motels and other accommodation types have fun and exciting deals on offer. We always actively search for accommodation with deals that suit every member of the family. Special deals and activities and extras can make a holiday memorable and fun.

  • Absolutely amazing. I love hotels that do special things like this for the kiddies that truely make the experience so memorable and one they’ll remember and absolutely love. It’s such a special thing being able to go to the hotel and to go that extra mile for kids – definitely has my vote! I wish more did this

  • This sounds amazing and if I ever visit Sydney I would be sure to check out the pricing although I know from experience that the Hyatt can be costly and it would depend on my budget at the time. Looks like lots of fun for the kids. Now I want to be a kid again hahaha

  • Well, the Hyatt is probably a bit above our price range, but I love this idea. If we were splashing out a bit on a holiday I’d definitely find this a big attraction. I mean, the kids should get to feel special on holiday sometimes too, am I right? Sounds great to me.

  • Aww this is a really sweet idea. I often find children get overlooked a bit when it comes to motels so this would make them feel extra special. The “unlimited” popcorn and choc tops in the Libby could be a bit dangerous though 🤣 im sure given the chance my kids would definitely make the most of that..
