In the most magical news for little and big Aussie kids, Disney Cruise Line has announced it’s sailing to Australian shores for the first time!

Disney Magic at Sea is coming to Australia and New Zealand next year, with limited time sailings in 2023 and 2024.

Disney Cruise Line has revealed it will be offering two, three, four, five and six-night cruises from Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

It’s send a wave of excitement through social media, with self-confession Disney tragics revelling in the news!

Disney Cruise Lines has already teased what’s in store: “Embark on an unforgettable voyage immersed in the magic of Disney storytelling—from award-winning entertainment, festive deck parties and spectacular themed events to world-class dining, imaginative kids clubs and beloved Characters throughout your sailing.”

What can you expect on a Disney Cruise?

According to Disney Cruise Line, a Disney cruise is just as much fun for adults as it is for kids.

“Imagine a place where families can reconnect, adults can recharge and kids can immerse themselves in fantastical worlds only Disney could create,” Disney Cruise Line states.

Entertainment includes Broadway-style musicals with your favourite Disney characters and an at-sea fireworks show.

  • Great for those with small kiddies thats for sure. I know of a 4 year old boy who would love spiderman to be found while on holiday.
    Not having little kids of course I would have to avoid this one as imagine how many young kids would be aboard the ship

  • I would love to do the cruise but its so expensive compared to other cruises and also they are only short cruises. Maybe one day I will go on Disney

  • I’d love to send my family on this but 2 things stop me.
    No1. It doesn’t come to WA so that more than doubles the price and
    No2. It’s too expensive with most people finding it hard just to pay their household bills and buy food.
    It would be lovely but not anywhere within my budget.

  • I have been on one in America and was great but I didn’t pay that much.
    That price is a rip off. You yes can make kids happy for a while.
    Or spend a little more and on trip a deal and get flights and longer cruise overseas.
