Jennifer Lopez And Jimmy Fallon Release Children's Book

TV host Jimmy Fallon and pop icon Jennifer Lopez have joined forces to release a children’s book, to help introduce kids to Spanish vocabulary.

It’s the first foray into children’s books for JLo, but Jimmy is an established writer for kids, having penned five number one New York Times-bestselling children’s books, including Your Baby’s First Word Will Be DADA, Everything Is Mama, This Is Baby, and 5 More Sleeps ‘Til Christmas.

And it seems like this dynamic duo have a hit on their hands, with Con Pollo already hitting the Amazon best-seller list just a day after it was released.

The book is described as an ‘adorable and bilingual picture book’ that serves as an ‘engaging introduction to Spanish vocabulary with help of a plucky chicken named Pollo and Jimmy Fallon and Jennifer Lopez!’

Jennifer shared the news of the book’s release on Instagram, saying, “My first children’s book with @JimmyFallon is out TODAY! I’m so proud of this fun little bilingual playtime adventure and I can’t wait for you to meet Pollo. Everything is always better #ConPollo, especially when starting kids off early to learn Spanish in a fun way!”

Jimmy also gushed about the collab on social media, writing, “Honoured to partner with @jlo on her first children’s book – Con Pollo! We always have so much fun when we get together and hopefully it comes through in this fun picture book full of rhyming words and adorable illustrations by @dreasdoodles. Fun way for kids to learn another language but $40 is quite expensive for a children’s book. Glad it’s selling well though
