Michelle Williams Pregnant With Third Child

Michelle Williams has described her third pregnancy as ‘totally joyous’, after revealing she’s expecting her second baby with husband Thomas Kail.

Thomas, 44, and Michelle, 41, welcomed their first baby together, son Hart, in 2020. Michelle also has a 16-year-old daughter with the late Heath Ledger.

Speaking about her third pregnancy to Variety, the Oscar-nominated actress said, “It’s totally joyous. As the years go on, you sort of wonder what they might hold for you or not hold for you. It’s exciting to discover that something you want again and again is available one more time. That good fortune is not lost on me or my family.”

She also revealed what it was like giving birth to Hart during lockdown.

“It was a reminder that life goes on. The world we brought a baby into is not the world we thought we were bringing a baby into, but the baby is ignorant of that. He experiences the unmitigated joy of discovery and the happiness of a loving home.”

Michelle says that being a mum has opened strengthened her resolve to advocating for the issues close to her heart, like pay equity and reproductive freedoms.

“There’s nothing that makes you committed to a better world than raising a great kid. It’s the ultimate creative act.”

Congratulations!
I’m about to give birth for a second time during this pandemic. Thankfully my first (3rd baby) was born when the worst of it was over, but now number are on the rise so this time will probably be different again.
