  • Maybe there should be an extra app. How much water we drink. We forget to drink water at other times of year too. I was told by the time we feel thirsty we have already started to dehydrate

  • I gave up on New Years resolutions many years ago! If I’m going to do something, I’ll do it, I don’t need the New Year to help me. Great apps here for those that still do resolutions though

  • MFP seems like a great ap i don’t use it a lot but I know a lot of my friends do use it. Anything free that connects you with others is always good.

  • While I love technology I’m no fan of all these apps that are currently available, some of them are just plain money spinners for the brands that make them available and others are just lame. There was one that a well known nappy brand made available – it would tweet you when your baby had a wet nappy.
