If you are a coco pop lover then you are going to be excited to hear this news! A new flavour will be on the shelves very soon.

Kellogg’s are launching a white chocolate coco pop version with 30% less sugar than the original chocolate Coco Pops.

Kellogg’s have said: “In response to our fans, and the growing desire for white chocolate varieties of popular foods, we wanted to see if it was possible to create a white chocolate Coco Pops that tastes as good as the original.

“Our food developers have succeeded and for the first time in the cereal’s 59 year history a white chocolate version will hit the shops.”

Sadly the new range is only available in the UK at the moment. However there are plans to launch the products on our Australian shelves in the very near future.

  • I think I’ll stick to regular chocolate for my chocolate intake.

  • Less sugar same great taste would love to have this product in store

  • Not for me. I’ll just lie and say rice bubbles are white chocolate. They have more than enough sugar as it is.

  • Well, it’s taken a long time for them to consider this. I haven’t eaten Coco Pops since I was a kid and now appreciate how much sugar is in them, so not for me. They do look just like Rice bubbles now.

  • Not a huge fan of white choc but I’d still love to try it. Love Coco Pops, though not as much if left too long and soggy. My youngest loves the Chex version when she has cereal sometimes.

  • They reduce the sugar and then give you no good dark chocolate too – I won’t have cereals in my house as they are just too full of bad things and very little that is healthy for your body.

  • If it’s going to be chocolate it’s got to be dark. Won’t be on my shopping list.

  • Nope not a fan.

  • Looks too much like popped rice/Rice bubbles to me. Do not think we will buying this if it comes to Australia, probably just as bad as the other varieties of Coco pops.
