In the first television adaptation of the best-selling picture book classic, GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU, this animated preschool series follows the adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare (Ky Baldwin, Australian’s Got Talent) his father, Big Nutbrown Hare (Andrew McFarlane, Play School) and a father and son’s efforts to measure how much they love each other

During GUESS HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU — The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare Little and Big Nutbrown Hare explore their beautiful surroundings, play with their friends and delight in the love between them. The series not only explores the tender idea of the boundless love between father and son, but opens up their world… a beautiful and pristine valley, full of playful friends and delights of nature in every season.

Created for preschoolers, each episode will capture children’s real life experiences whilst enabling them to form a closer relationship with the amazing world they live in.

 

Episode 37 – Lucky Stick: Tuesday, August 14 at 6.15pm on ABC4Kids

Little Nutbrown Hare and Little Field Mouse go on a long trip with Big Nutbrown Hare to find some food he hid away during the warmer months. Little Nutbrown Hare plays with a stick along the way, which turns out to have many uses, one of which is helping them find the food and another is finding their way home again.

 

Episode 20 – It’s Okay: Wednesday, August 15 at 6.15pm on ABC4Kids

Little Nutbrown Hare is very proud of a Christmas tree he has built from pine cones. So proud, that when Little Field Mouse accidentally knocks it over he has trouble forgiving her. When he makes a mistake of his own, Big Nutbrown Hare forgives him immediately, and he understands how important it is to forgive.

  • I loved this book. I read it do any times to all my kids, I could almost recite it by heart at one stage

  • My daughter LOVES this show and watches the same episodes over and over again – I find myself singing the theme song even when I’m by myself!
