We definitely love drinking this in the mornings quick and easy and it’s not heavy on your tummy. Both me and my kids love drinking it

I keep these in the pantry but pop one in the freezer while i am getting ready for work to take with my i take it out just before i leave and i have it as a traveler breakfast in the car. No spills and great taste could be a little bigger but still nice.

Sanitarium Up& Go Energize Drinks are always on hand in our household. My daughter will only drink the choc variety but I also like the coffee variety for a change. With the added protein, it keeps you full for longer so I often replace a meal with this drink. Great taste and so easy to take with you anywhere.
