Can be a bit expensive to buy so i try stock up when its on sale. It gives cakes, cookies, weetbix and even smoothies a great nutty taste with no gritty mouthfeel.

I’ve always used the Lucky brand almond meal in my baking. Perfect in flourless cakes and my cookies. Can’t recommend it enough. I wish it came in a larger size.

Love the flavour if this almond meal in baked cakes and biscuits. It is expensive but it is a quality product. I mostly use it as an alternative to regular flour to makes recipes gluten free.

I am finding more and more recipes which call for this, especially since i have been looking to up the nutrition in my families eating, and since getting a bit more creative with baking. This Lucky Almonds meal has worked well in all the recipes that required it. I have also been sprinkling it on our cereal in the morning, particularly on overnight oats or porridge. When im baking slices or my ganache cake i lucky almond meal is great. It forms a really nice dense texture which is great for a rich chocolate ganache cake

Not the most cost effective option, I prefer to buy almonds on sale and make almond meal as I need it. That way almonds last longer than this almond meal does, plus it’s cheaper, but this is a good quality product if I need it last minute and am short on time.
