Love the flavour if this almond meal in baked cakes and biscuits. It is expensive but it is a quality product. I mostly use it as an alternative to regular flour to makes recipes gluten free.

I am finding more and more recipes which call for this, especially since i have been looking to up the nutrition in my families eating, and since getting a bit more creative with baking. This Lucky Almonds meal has worked well in all the recipes that required it. I have also been sprinkling it on our cereal in the morning, particularly on overnight oats or porridge. Delicious nutty flavour.

When im baking slices or my ganache cake i lucky almond meal is great. It forms a really nice dense texture which is great for a rich chocolate ganache cake

I’m trying to use less flour in my cooking and have started replacing with Almond meal. It works really well in cakes, flans etc – not so great in a quiche or fritters – makes them taste too sweety

Not the most cost effective option, I prefer to buy almonds on sale and make almond meal as I need it. That way almonds last longer than this almond meal does, plus it’s cheaper, but this is a good quality product if I need it last minute and am short on time.

I’ve always got this almond meal in my pantry. I use it for baking but also for normal cooking, for example I add it to a chickpea curry. It’s a product that you can find very easy and I love it when it’s on promotion!
