Okay as far as ‘healthier’ options go. Like the others suggest, it’s pretty bland in taste and rather expensive for what it is. Better options available

A nice plain cereal. I tend to not use milk too much and use flavoured protein powder with water so it mixes nicely with this cereal. Doednt stay crunchy in liquid for long tho so I add a little at a time. Pretty expensive too and difficult to find

I bought this recently to try a new cereal and found it ok. It had some flavour, certainly looked healthy but when I ate it it felt like more of a chore than because it was delicious. The packaging looks more appealing than the cereal itself. It’s not horrible, but it is only average.

My brother recommended this cereal to me as he has had a previous heart attack but although I do agree it is a good healthy cereal option I found it quite bland.
