I purchased a box of white wings dessert chocolate profiteroles with my 2.5 year old daughter. They were very easy to make and oh my very very delisious. I now prefer to make my own then buy pre made.

This mix is so good. The results are always amazing – light and soft – and go down well at parties and for morning teas!

My sister got me onto these White Wings Dessert Mix Chocolate Profiteroles as it is an easier way of making profiteroles with less chance of things going wrong. The pastry was light enough but the standout was the custard as surprisingly I actually liked it as usually I don’t like eating custard

I am not a huge fan of profiterols, the custard yes and the chocolate sauce on top, but the pastry I can leave. These are ok, not to my liking.

I usually had bought them at the local store bakery but then I found out that the little shells are frozen which explained why they tasted like cardboard, but these taste so fresh and good.

So easy to use. Turn out perfect every time. Whenever I make them they are a big hit.. Just follow the directions which I have found easy. Delicious. Thanks White Wings you have made a lovely afternoon treat easy to make.

I make profiteroles from scratch, but if you’re in a rush, these are really great! Very easy to mix and assemble, flavour and texture is fabulous.

I made these a while ago and I’m not sure what I did but the pastry had a gross egg taste ( it could have been my eggs)
And the pastry when I cooked it hollowed out so it looked nothing like the picture.
