This is my favourite brand for fine desiccated coconut. I find other brands can be full of husk, but never this option! I use it every week baking, from muesli bars to cakes, even in curries.

I like using this coconut when I’m making chocolate truffles. It’s very fine so it doesn’t tasty grainy or too chewy. And it’s great for baking, whilst maintaining that coconut flavour.

Mckenzies Coconut Fine Desiccated is the best desiccated coconut I think on the market, I find it to be great size, super versatile and its always the same flavour and quality.

You can’t beat this coconut on a Laminton or chocolate butter icing spread on a freshly cooked cake topped with coconut on top is great and looks so good too.

I’ve tried a few coconut brands in the past, and none of them are as tasty as Mckenzies. I’ve founds others a bit dry too.

Another great Mckenzies product and coconut is always useful to have in the pantry to bake with, sprinkle on top of things like breakfast and to coat things like bliss ball with.

I like this brand of coconut. Although it goes yellow after a while in the container but if you use it within a couple of weeks it quite nice and flavoursome

I absolutely adore using desiccated coconut because there is so much you can do with it. My favourites are making coconut macaroons and using it in the coconut-milk pancake topping.

Mckenzies is the brand I choose when I need coconut. I use this when baking and making lots of different treats. I like to keep my baking stuff in containers anyway so the packaging doesn’t bother me.

I really like that this packet allows you to cut it open but then seal it shut! We live in a kind of tropical climate and things go off so much quicker so I am very thankful for this – one less jar in the pantry

This coconut is a staple in our pantry, well…..I actually keep it in the fridge to keep it fresher for longer. It’s great for making chocolate and coconut truffles and lining muffin trays with.

The desiccated coconut is lovely and tastes great in smoothies, baking or added to cereal but the packaging is annoying, like most baking goods. its difficult to open without everything spilling out and hard to seal up too. I have to decant into containers.

This is just another great mckenzies product that is perfect to use in anything dish e,g hot dishes ( curries ) cold products as cakes muffins I also use McKenzies fine coconut in my smoothies

My mum used this and so do I. It’s great used in baking. It give a good taste and texture to cakes and slices. It brings back family memories.

I love coconut..I try add it to everything! I’ve used this brand, since I was a kid. Whether to add to cake, biscuits, roll truffles in, chocolate crackles or add to my homemade cereal..it’s always got the same great taste.

I’ve always found McKenzies Coconut to work well in my cooking. The consistency is good. Doesn’t clump. I wish the shelf life was a bit longer.

I think it’s great ! It goes well in many desserts , and savouries too. Slices , rum balls , coconut roughs, cakes just to name a few ! I coat chicken schnitzels with it too adds great flavour to them.

I saw no difference really between this and dearer products. It worked well in my baking and I would be happy to keep a packet in my pantry.

McKenzies have always been reliable for cooking products and we have many of their products as staples in the pantry. Love the coconut and it is good in my recipes.

I always thought these were great quality until I tried a different brand. These tend to be a bit dry and don’t keep their juiciness when cooked. They are the cheapest option though
