I’ve always used this when making home made pizzas in the thermomix. Good quality flour and the pizza bases always turn out really nice. Recommend

I’ve used this flour for making pizza dough and crumpets.
It has a higher protein percentage and it’s raises really well.
It also taste great too.

You can tell it is good quality.
I would buy it again.

My husband uses this Flour to make his Pizza’s Bases, its a “strong” flour and is excellent for making the bases.

This flour has a higher protein and will rise better, so bread and pizza tastes lighter and similar to store bought. Also my preferred brand as they have been making flour for generations.

I used this flour to make my sourdough starter, worked a treat, the starter was ready to use in 5 days. I then used it to make my sourdough bread. It turned out perfect!

Didn’t think it would make much difference to making dough for pizzas but it actually did and I would buy this product again. Unfortunately when making dough for pizza I do a big batch so go through this flour quickly.

When making pizzas, its best to use strong flour in the base, every time we use the lighthouse brand flour, our pizza bases come out perfect.

A good choice of flour for baking pizzas and bread it turns out everytime we dont mind buying this brand though we sometimes just buy in bulk as we love the larger bags

I have used this flour in the past and have not had any problems with it. It feels and looks like its been ground a little finer than other flours and I think this helps it blend better with other ingredients.

The cost is a bit much I thought. I can use a lot cheaper flour and get almost the same results. It tastes the same cooked as other bread and just rises a little bit more.
