I found this particular flour on mark down and it made lovely pork buns. Seems to be a different texture to normal flour for yummy pork Buns

Fantastic flour, a little expensive which turned me off trying for ages but I found it in the markdowns and it made beautiful pork buns yum

This makes a huge difference as I found the consistency to be better compared to using regular flour for cakes etc. Worth the investment for sure.

I bake a lot and to be honest, I don’t notice any difference in my baking when I use different flour. So can’t say this is great or not

I use this flour when I want to cook a really light sponge and it always works! Don’t really know if it is the flour or my great baking skills?????
