I’m not mad on honey, but do love this one from Beechworth, a pure honey, full of lovely flavour, but not over powering. My husband loves his honey, once had some of our own hives, so know all the hard work done by the bees and their keeper. Congratulations to Beechworth on producing such lovely honey.

I love most honeys and Beechworth’s pure honey is no exception. It has a lovely flavour and a good thickness and is delicious on my toasted crumpets and in my tea. Definitely a winner.

I like to put this honey in my chamomile teas and spread it over my toast with added butter. It has a lovely deep rich flavour and tastes more stronger than other honeys I have tasted.
