Last week, I finally made this. The classic appearance and texture of ciabatta, an Italian bread, is created by this recipe. Bread machines come to the rescue for dough mixing. The end result was delicious, I’m quite happy with it.

I used the bread machine to do the first bit then just had to form it and rise it then cook. Wonderful flavour and delicious straight from the oven. So easy after years of struggling with yeast these kits make it easy.
