Having received a bread maker for Xmas a couple of years ago, I’ve tried a couple of bread mix brands. Laucke is the only brand I buy now. Since my son has been diagnosed as gluten intolerant, this particular version will also be on my grocery list

I recently received a bread machine and found that this mix was simple and easy to make. It came out light and fluffy and very very tasty.
