Deliciously sweet with a rich deep flavour of molassas. It is the perfect addition to any iced coffee. Great for baking to give a richer flavour over regular brown sugar.

I love to support Australian made products that is why I buy Csr Demerara Sugar. It makes a lovely crunchy golden top on my cakes especially banana or carrot cake. I have never put it into my tea or coffee but after reading other reviews I will try this.
