An easy recipe for the kids to make.
Ingredients (makes 1 Loaf)
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Flavour eg Sultanas, Dried Fruit, Choc Chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into loaf tin.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 45 minutes. Cool in tin.
Notes
My favourite flavour is a combination of sultanas, apricots and choc chips to make 1 cup.
