The black colour is from the black rice. Very nutritious for babies!
Ingredients (serves 10)
- 0.5 cup Black rice
- 1 cup corn kernels (frozen of fresh)
- 0.5 cup Peas (frozen or fresh)
- 0.5 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 small potato
Method
- Put all ingredients in a mini slowcooker on high for 2 hours.
- Blend and serve. Store remaining in baby food container :)
