The black colour is from the black rice. Very nutritious for babies!

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 0.5 cup Black rice
  • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen of fresh)
  • 0.5 cup Peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 0.5 cup carrot, chopped
  • 1 small potato

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a mini slowcooker on high for 2 hours.
  2. Blend and serve. Store remaining in baby food container :)

  • I like the honesty of calling it “baby mush”.

  • This looks like it’s in jelly, must just be the plate. Not sure it’s overly packed with anti oxidants tho
