Quick and easy healthy apple and oats for breakfast!
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Apple, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Greek or natural yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped
Method
- Place 3/4 cup water and the rolled oats in a saucepan. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon and apple and stir. Continue cooking until oats and apple are tender.
- Take off the heat and stir in the yoghurt. Serve, topped with walnuts.
