Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 regular tin of 'pie apples'
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 60g butter
Method
- Pour pie apples into dish. Spread the raspberry jam over the top. Set aside.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together and work through the butter until it is a crumble consistency.
- Sprinkle on top of apple and jam mixture.
- Bake in the over for 20 minutes on 180 degrees
