Easy stir fry noodles for lunch.
Ingredients (serves 3)
- 150 gr Vermicelli noodles
- 1/2 bunch Choy sum, chopped
- 100 gr Snow peas
- 150 gr Prawns
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 Eggs
- 1 big Onion
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 2 tbs Fish sauce
- 2 tbs Oyster sauce
Method
- Heat oil in a frypan over high heat and add onion, stir fry for 30 secs, add eggs and stir fry for 1 min. Add choy sum, carrot, snow peas and prawns, toss until wilted.
- Add in soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce stir well. Add noodles toss for 3-4 mins until heated through. Sprinkle with coriander and fried onion to serve.
