I love this recipe its so easy to make yourself when you feel like something quick, it tastes super delicious and there is no added sugar.


Ingredients (serves 10 | makes 2 cups )

  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 7 small dried red chillies ( chopped)
  • 2 tbsp (grated) ginger
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 sprigs shallots ( chopped finley)
  • 1 tbsp chilli seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp prickly ash oil

Method

  1. finely chop the dried chilli and shallots then add all ingredients into a bowl stir until combined well and then serve.

Notes

I love this sauce its really healthy and super quick to make yourself.
