I am going to make some of these baby ham and cheese muffin for my Grandson. He loves both ham and cheese and these look delicious and nice and easy to make without too much fuss and I like the fact that they can be served hot or cold. Great alternative to a sweet muffin.

These were delicious – I added some black pepper and some capsicum and made the “adult- goes with wine” version which were delicious, but the ham and cheese version is great for morning brunch with a cup of tea or coffee- They are so small there is no guilt in having two or three
