Oh, be still my beating heart! This is so decadent and scrumptious, but very very easy. What's not to like about about Baileys?!
Ingredients (makes 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup Baileys Liqueur
- 2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- 250 gm Light Sour Cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well, until nice and smooth. Spoon into a serving bowl, refrigerate, and when ready to serve place on a platter of fresh fruit and berries to dip. Serve with toothpicks for ease of dipping fruit.
Notes
I adore this dip, because it's so simple but everyone loves it. You can serve it with almost any fruit that takes your fancy. If you don't have Baileys, you can always try some Butterscotch Schnapps, Amarula Liqueur or any sweet liqueur that you like.
