A quick and easy baby food recipe.


Ingredients (makes 12 baby portions)

  • 200g baked beans (preferably with no added salt)
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 florets broccoli

Method

  1. Chop and steam broccoli and carrots. Reserve the water for pureeing
  2. Warm baked beans.
  3. Add steamed broccoli and carrot to baked beans and puree to desired consistency with reserved water. Freeze in portions and warm to serve.
