A really nice banana cake.

Ingredients (makes 12 squares)

125g Butter
200g Sugar
1 heaped tsp Cinnamon powder
2 Eggs
3 Ripe bananas Mashed
2 tbsp milk
180g Self Raising flour
1/2 tsp Bicarb soda

Method

Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in Egg, flour, cinnamon powder, milk and Bicarb. Mix well
Add mashed banana and pour into lined tin approx 25 x 25cm.
Bake 190C for 20 mins until cooked.

Notes

if using a smaller tin to make higher cake cook a little longer to make sure cooked in the middle. To test if cooked put a skewer in and it should come out clean. You can add a handful of nuts or raisins for variation.
