Great filling drink suitable for breakfast or a filling snack
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla or flavored yogurt
- 2 Frozen Ripe bananas
- 1tsp Honey
- 2 tsp Chai seeds
- 2tsp Rolled oats
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a bar mix
- Serve chilled
