Yummy for a burst of energy in the mornings
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 tbs Milo powder
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 medium banana, chopped
- 2 tbs traditional oats
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Blend or process Milo, milk, yoghurt, banana, oats and ice cubes until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass. Serve.
