This smoothie is great for a quick breakfast or an after school snack.
Ingredients (makes 2 large glasses)
- 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas chopped
- 1 & 1/2 cups lite milk
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender/smoothie maker and blend for at least 15 seconds.
- Drizzle a little extra honey on top if desired.
