Super quick and easy, and very little mess. Kids love them and they have no refined sugar in them.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1. 1/2 Cups of oats
  • 1/2 Cup milk ( might need a little extra)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of cinnamon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a NutriBullet and blend till smooth. Add a little extra milk if it looks too thick.
  2. Place a small ladle full into a lightly greased frypan and cook for a few minutes before turning and cooking for 1 min.
  3. Serve with berries and Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup.

  • These look so yummy and easy to make! Definitely going to give these a go, my little one is super fussy so hopefully we have a winner with these!
I love that it has ingredients that most pantries already have to! Means they can be whipped up super quickly! Thanks for the recipe!

  • I’d love it if my toddler would eat these. It’s nice to be able to switch up breakfast every so often. I don’t have a Nutribullet but I have a hand held blender so that could do the trick. And for the ingredients, how easy! Everything is always in the house.

  • No NutriBullet here and none of those fancy blenders so i would have to do all this by hand which sounds like mega effort. Im not keen on bananas but dont mind them if they are in a cake so it would depend if you can taste the banana in this recipie
