Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, cream both sugars with the butter. Then thoroughly mix in the egg. Slowly add in the flour mixture. Again thoroughly combine.
- Then mix in the mashed banana and walnuts. Mix together.
- Prepare your baking tray by lightly greasing. Scoop about 1 1/2 tablespoon of batter onto the baking tray. Make sure they are evenly spaced. Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly dark brown in color.
