A quick and easy idea that the kids can take to school.


Ingredients (makes 8 Pieces)

  • 500g Mince beaf
  • 1 Onion
  • 250g Mixed vegetables
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry

Method

  1. Chop onion and brown. Add mince meat and brown. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked
  2. Steam vegetables
  3. Combine meat and vegetables.
  4. Cut each sheet of puff pastry in quaters. Add mixture to each quater and fold into a triangle.
  5. Butter the tops and cook for 10-15 minutes on 170degrees or until brown

  • My kids absolutely love puff pastry snacks. The only thing is it becomes less tasty & less crunchy when cold in the lunch boxes and my kids don’t want to eat it anymore.
