Quick and easy rice dish


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 packet Beef pieces
  • 1 packet Green Beans
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 jar of Pasta sauce
  • Parsley

Method

  1. Steam rice or boil in a pot. 2 cups of rice and 5cups of water
  2. In another pot chop onions let Sauter with olive oil, parsley and coriander. When onions look cooked add the beef pieces
  3. When the beef looked cooked add beans, half cup of boiled water and a jar of pasta red sauce.

  • Oh yum, looks like a hearty rissotto.
