An easy, healthy and delicious lunch time meal for mum. Scoop out veggies and chicken and give to your little ones. Good for fine motor skills and Baby LED Weaning
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 3L Water/Stock/Broth
- 2 Large Potato’s -Diced
- 2 Large Carrots - Diced
- 2 Stalks Celery -Diced
- 2 Large Zucchini- Diced
- 1 Poached Chicken breast - Diced
Method
- Add Water/Broth/Stock and bring to boil
- All all ingredients and let simmer for 20-30mins
- Poach Chicken Breast in Soup, take out, dice and add back in

This is our favourite go to for toddlers lunch, make a big batch and easy to reheat, mum gets extra soup and baby loves to feed himself the veggies
