Simple and easy lunch menu.


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200 gr Couliflower
  • 100 gr Snow peas
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 2 Gralic, chopped
  • 2 tbs Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tbs Salt

Method

  1. Heat up saucepan with vegetable oil. Add garlic stir fry until light golden brown.
  2. Add in cauliflower, snow peas, carrot, tomato and salt. Stir fry about 5 - 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

  • A different way to eat veggies.

  • MeiMei, if I wanted to add some Soy sauce to this, do you think I should leave the 1/2 teaspoon of salt out of the recipe, as soy sauce is usually quite salty?
