Bite sized pieces of strawberry cheesecake


Ingredients

  • approx 24 strawberries
  • 250 gm cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 Marie biscuits, crushed

Method

  1. Rinse and hull strawberries and cut out some of the insides.
  2. Beat together cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla.
  3. Pipe mixture into strawberries and sprinkle over crushed biscuit.

Notes

Can also dip bottoms in chocolate.

  • Looks nice. I would leave the icing sugar out and maybe use some yacon syrup with raw vailla powder instead or even mashed banana mixed through the cream cheese with some aw vanilla powder. Personally I also wouldn’t use marie biscuits, but use unsweetened wheaten crackers instead or a healthy homemade gluten free crumble.
