Spring is here! Not only are these treats delicious, but they are healthy too!


Ingredients (makes 10 Popsicles)

  • 1 Coconut Milk Can
  • 1/4cup Ocean spray 100% Pure Cranberry
  • 3tbl Black chia seeds
  • Mixed berries of choice
  • 1tbl Maple Syrup
  • 1tsp Rose petals (optional)

Method

  1. Whisk Ocean Spray 100% Pure Cranberry, coconut milk, maple syrup and chia seeds in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator for 30mins (the chia seeds need time to activate).
  2. Scatter berries and rose petals in the popsicle moulds. Remove mixture from refrigerator and pour into the popsicle moulds. Freeze till set (roughly 6 hours) and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute the Ocean spray 100% Pure Cranberry with preferred fruit juice of choice
