Ingredients (makes 2 wraps)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 2 large Hard boiled Eggs (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Green beans (cooked and cut)
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Mayonaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Cheese slices
  • 2 pieces Multigrain wraps

Method

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Layer one slice of cheese on the wrap and fill it with the chicken mixture.
  3. Repeat with 2nd wrap

  • This is a really interesting combination of ingredients that I wouldn’t have thought of before. I don’t know if it’s one for me, but I can appreciate the creativity and how healthy it is

  • This would be very popular with adults and children in our family, especially if I used avocado instead of beans. And maybe a little drained asparagus and some baby spinach leaves too.
