A quick pasta that’s a family favourite in our house, and so easy to make.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Spaghetti pack
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Method

  1. Cut chicken breasts into chunks and fry in the pan. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Once chicken is done add all the vegetables and soy sauce.
  3. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions and strain. Add them to the chicken vegetable mixture.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of butter and fry for one minute then serve.

  • Sounds like a nice easy meal, but I would make it with vermicelli noodles. I know it can be done but pasta and soy sauce is a little off for me

  • If you wish to add more flavour try Sweet Soy Sauce, a Tablespoon of Fish Sauce and a teaspoon of sesame oil
