Easy to make choc chip shortbread biscuits.
Ingredients (makes 25 biscuits)
- 250 grams Fairy margarine
- 3/4 cup Icing sugar
- 1 cap full Vanilla essence
- 2 cups Plain flour
- 1 pkt Nestle dark choc bits
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees. Beat margarine, icing sugar and vanilla until light and creamy.
- Stir in flour.
- Stir in choc bits.
- Shape in small balls on baking tray covered with baking paper. Push down slightly with a fork. Cook for 15 mins at 150 degrees or until golden brown.
