Easy to make choc chip shortbread biscuits.


Ingredients (makes 25 biscuits)

  • 250 grams Fairy margarine
  • 3/4 cup Icing sugar
  • 1 cap full Vanilla essence
  • 2 cups Plain flour
  • 1 pkt Nestle dark choc bits

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150 degrees. Beat margarine, icing sugar and vanilla until light and creamy.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Stir in choc bits.
  4. Shape in small balls on baking tray covered with baking paper. Push down slightly with a fork. Cook for 15 mins at 150 degrees or until golden brown.
